Our bite-sized Rounds are the closest you’ll get to a grain-free, gluten-free, paleo, and keto-friendly mini-donut! Unlike a typical donut, there is no milk, shortening, or eggs in any of our 2Betties Rounds, and every Round is baked, not fried.

We founded 2Betties out of frustration with the snacks we were eating and buying. None of them were enjoyable and few were truly nutritious.
With a desire to bake a delicious & nutritious snack that was easy to bring on-the-go and didn't taste chalky or artifical. We combined simple, clean ingredients, real spices, maple syrup and honey and out of the oven came something amazing!
Today our Rounds come in six dleicious flavors, but each is still hand baked in our own kitchen in Baltimore, MD
